The core innovation of the FlexiFlange is its ability to bend up the wall, allowing for the compliant installation of drainage systems hard against vertical surfaces, such as wall and floor junctions. This unique flexibility ensures that the required minimum 50mm membrane adhesion area is maintained, eliminating the need to move the drain away from the wall and ensuring a robust, leak-proof seal. Crafted from Vinyl Council certified, Best Environmental Practice PVC, Flexiflange is a 'deemed to satisfy' compliant material under AS 3740, AS 3500.2 & AS 4654.1, is Watermark certified and is tested as per AS 4858 guaranteeing its suitability for waterproofing applications.
Additional key features designed to streamline the installation process include:
- Flexible Riser Body: A compression push-fit design provides easy connection to DN100 pipes.
- Large Diameter Flange: Accommodates variability in substrate contours and penetrations, offering greater versatility on site.
- Dry film gauges of 1 and 2mm: Provides an easy guide for membrane application at correct thickness
- Low-Profile Design: An ultra-thin profile makes installation easier and more efficient.

- Built-in Flood Test Plug: A removable flood test plug and water level gauge are built into the flange, simplifying compliance checks.
Flexiflange is compatible with a wide range of waterproofing materials, including sheet membranes, PVC, and most liquid membranes (excluding bitumen). The flange also features engraved centre lines to assist installers with precise measurements, further reducing installation time and errors.
